DAY 1. CUSCO – SACRED VALLEY TOUR

This 3-day tour allows you to explore the best of Cusco, visiting significant Inca archaeological sites, the fertile Urubamba Valley, the Urubamba River, and the splendid Andes mountain range.

A journey filled with landscapes through the Urubamba Valley, the Sacred Valley of the Incas, to explore the ruins of Pisac in the town of Pisac, 31 km (19 miles) from Cuzco, overlooking the Vilcanota River.

On the first day of your trip, we will pick you up from your hotel at 6:30 am and take a 45-minute bus ride to the first archaeological site in Pisac.

After picking you up in the morning, we’ll take you on an exciting and informative tour through the Sacred Valley, visiting Inca historical sites and enjoying the stunning mountain and valley landscapes.

Pisac consists of terraces, houses, water fountains, cemeteries, and religious centers.

After exploring this spectacular site, we continue our bus journey filled with scenes along the Urubamba Valley and observing the Vilcanota River. Finally, we reach the SALAR (Salt Mines), where you’ll have a guided tour with our guide who will explain the history behind it.

Next, we’ll head to the mysterious archaeological site of Moray, the Moray Archaeological Complex consisting of a circular platform and a place of agricultural experimentation during the Inca era. We’ll explore and learn about it.

Lunch will be in Urubamba before heading to OLLANTAYTAMBO. We’ll visit and explore this fantastic Inca site. After finally exploring and learning about all the Inca sites in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, we’ll take the afternoon train to Aguas Calientes, where we’ll spend the night in a hotel.

DAY 2. MACHU PICCHU – OLLANTAYTAMBO – CUSCO

We’ll pick you up early in the morning to take a bus to the INCA SITE OF MACHU PICCHU. Once there, you’ll have a guided tour for about 3 hours. During the tour, you’ll visit the most important places in Machu Picchu, take many photos, and your guide will explain all the information you need to know about Machu Picchu. After the tour, we’ll take the bus back to the town of Machu Picchu, have lunch, and then take the train back to OLLANTAYTAMBO, where our driver will be waiting for you to take you back to CUSCO.

DAY 3. RAINBOW MOUNTAIN VINICUNCA TOUR

We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 3:00 am with our private transportation. After a 2.5-hour journey, we’ll reach the start of the trail at 4600 m/15091 ft. We start the day as early as possible to avoid the sun during the ascent of a mountain pass and beat the crowds.

Afterwards, we will start a 2-hour uphill hike. On our way, we will observe breathtaking landscapes. Finally, we will reach the top of Rainbow Mountain at 5050 m/16568 ft. From the top, we will enjoy one of the most privileged views of the mountain and the contrast between the snow-capped mountains and the red, green, and purple sediment colors of Rainbow Mountain. We will have plenty of time to take pictures of the fantastic landscape.

Later on, we will follow a different trail down and up to the Red Valley. We will hike about 30 minutes to get to the Red Valley, where we will be dazzled by its incredibly beautiful red color.

After exploring the stunning Red Valley, we will walk back to the trailhead, where we will take our van back to the lunch place.

After lunch, we are ready to return to Cusco at around 3:30 pm.
